5 ways to make delicious and healthy ice cream at home!

Give a healthy kick start to your kid’s ice-cream cravings with these easy, colorful, and tasty ice creams.
Summers have finally knocked on our doors and with every passing day, temperatures are rising rapidly. Definitely, ice-creams are the most tempting of all the foods in summers and many of us have already started longing for this sweet and delicious delicacy!
The kids are very fond of ice creams and every family’s fridge is soon going to be filled with many types of market-brought ice-creams. Although the market is flooded with thousands of varieties of ice creams those ice creams have plenty of chemicals in them like refined sugars, trans-fatty oils, artificial flavors, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and preservatives. Such chemicals though not harmful in small quantities can pose serious health issues if taken in excess. Given that ice cream is heavily consumed in summers (because it is tasty and loved by every age group), it is hard to limit its intake once we start gulping it! Also, some ice cream brands have hiked the prices significantly due to the elevation in the price of the key ingredient of ice creams- milk. Hence, the idea of eating healthy homemade ice cream seems much more reasonable and pocket friendly! As you make this healthy choice of making homemade ice cream, you will also be able to teach your kids to make colorful popsicles and mouthwatering ice-creams!
